COMMITTEE GUIDELINES

A. The President is an AdHoc member of each committee.
B. Minutes must be kept of each committee meeting.
C. The Commissioner calling the meeting will act as the Chairman for that meeting.
D. The Commissioner calling the meeting must notify the Village Clerk so the press can be notified notified 48 hours before meeting and to avoid scheduling conflicts.
E. Recommendations from a committee should be made to the full board in writing by the Chairman.
